You will feel your best when all are aligned. The Tea Sanctuary offers an array of organic blends and items to aid in healing the mind, body, and soul. Herbalism is just one of many different approaches to alternative medicine. Herbs have a vibrational frequency that is in tune to that of our own bodies.

At The Tea Sanctuary, we love our medicinal and herbal teas. We take great care to offer only the highest quality Certified Organic herbs and teas. Also, all of our tea is certified through IMO Fair for Life Program. Our blends are made in small batches and are carefully prepared by hand with love and care.

We are a small family owned and operated business. Our philosophy is simple, we believe in Wholistic Living. My passion for wholistic healing started years ago when I decided I wanted a better life for me and for mother earth. My search for happiness and health had begun. As I dived into the world of body, mind, and spirit I soon realized that true happiness can only be found from within. First we must go deep within, to remember our strength and need to heal. Once we reach a level of inner peace, happiness comes naturally. Through my years of healing, my journey has led me to study many different approaches to wholistic healing and health. I have several years of self taught and professional schooling in Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Energy Healing, and Crystal Healing.

I am the proud owner of The Tea Sanctuary, A Shop for Wholistic Living.  We offer an array of organic medicinal and herbal teas, organic herbs, and items to aid in healing the body, mind, and spirit. I am also a proclaimed vegetarian and organic freak. My passion is educating people on how to eat and live a wholistic lifestyle. Root Chakra Tea

This tea is intended to support the Root Chakra or Muladhara. This chakra is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth energies and empower our beings. This chakra is located at the base of the spine in the coccyx in the back and the pubic bone in front. This center has the basic needs for survival, security, and safety.

The root chakra is closely related to our contact with Mother Earth, it provides the ability to be grounded on the earth plane. This is also the center of the demonstration. When you are trying to make things happen in the world of material possessions, business or property, the energy to succeed will come from the first chakra. If this chakra is blocked a person may feel fear, anxiety, insecurity, and frustration. Problems such as obesity, anorexia nervosa, and knee problems can occur.

Sacral Chakra Tea

This blend is intended to support and balance the sacral chakra. Known also as the second, sexual, or spleen chakra and also svadhisthana. It is two inches below the navel and is rooted in column cord. This center has the basic needs of sexuality, creativity, intuition, and self-esteem. This chakra is also friendship, creativity, and emotions. It governs peoples sense of self-esteem, confidence in their own creativity, and ability to relate to others in an open and friendly manner. Its influenced by how emotions are expressed or repressed in the family during childhood.

The proper balance in this chakra means the ability to flow freely and feel the emotions and reach out to others sexually or not. If this chakra is blocked a person may feel emotionally explosive, manipulative, obsessed with thoughts of sex or may lack energy. Physical problems can include kidney weakness, stiff lower back, constipation, and muscle spasms.

Solar Plexus Chakra Tea

This blend is intended to support the Third Chakra. It is two inches below the breastbone in the center behind the stomach. The Third Chakra is the center of personal power, the place of ego, of passions, impulses, anger, and strength. It is also the center of astral travel and astral influences, receptivity of spirit guides and for psychic development.

When the Third Chakra is out of balance you may lack confidence, be confused, worry about what others think, feel that others are controlling your life, and may be depressed. Physical problems may include digestive problems, liver problems, diabetes, nervous exhaustion and food allergies. When balanced you may feel cheerful, outgoing, have self-esteem, expression, enjoy taking on new challenges, and have a strong sense of power personal.

Heart Chakra Tea

This blend is intended to support and balance the Heart Chakra. It is located behind the breast bone in front and in the spine between the shoulder blades in back. This is the center for love, compassion, and spirituality. This center directs ones ability to love themselves and others, give and receive love. This is also the chakra connecting body and mind with spirit.

Almost everyone today has a hard, damage, or broken heart, and it is no accident that heart disease is America’s number one murderer today. Deep wounds can result in aura obstructions called heart scars. When these scars are released (which raises a lot of old pain) they cause the heart to heal and make room for spiritual growth.

When this chakra is out of balance you may feel sorry for yourself, paranoid, indecisive, afraid of letting go, scared of getting hurt, or unworthy of love. physical illnesses including heart attack, high blood pressure, insomnia, and difficulty breathing. When this chakra is balanced you may feel compassionate, friendly, empathetic desire, to nurture others and see the good in everyone.

Throat Chakra Tea

It is located in the V of the collarbone at the lower neck and is the communication center, sound, and expression of creativity via thought, speech, and writing. The possibility of change, transformation and healing are found here. The Throat is where anger is stored and finally put aside.

When this chakra is out of balance you may want to stop, feel timid, be quiet, feel weak, or can’t express your thoughts. physical illnesses or diseases include hyperthyroidism, skin irritations, ear infections, sore throat, and back pain. When this chakra is balanced you may feel balanced, centered, musical or artistic inspiration, and may be a good speaker.

Brow Chakra Tea

This blend is intended to open your third eye. Your third eye is above the physical eyes in the center of the forehead. This is the center of the skills psychic, increased intuition, the energies of spirit, and light. It also helps in the purification of negative tendencies and the elimination of selfish attitudes. Through the power of the sixth chakra, you can receive guidance, channel, and tune into your Higher Self.

When this chakra is not balanced can feel non-assertive, afraid of success, or go to the front way and being selfish. Physical symptoms may include headaches, blurred vision, blindness, and visual fatigue. When this chakra is balanced and open is his own master with no fear of death, are not attached to material things, may experience telepathy, astral travel, and lives past.

Crown Chakra Tea

This tea is intended to support and balance your Crown Chakra. The Crown Chakra is located far behind the top of the skull. The Crown Chakra is the center of spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic thought, and energy. It allows inward flow of wisdom, and brings the gift of cosmic consciousness. This is also the hub with the Goddess (God), the place where life animates the physical body. The silver cord connects the aura bodies extends from the crown. Balanced energy in this chakra may include the ability to open to the divine and full access to the unconscious and subconscious.
